- Solo: US$ 59/mo or US$ 590/yr (≈ US$ 49.17/mo billed annually)
- Pro: US$ 179/mo or US$ 1,790/yr (≈ US$ 149.17/mo billed annually)
Annual is 10 payments for 12 months of service (two months free). Monthly equivalent is shown on the pricing page.

## Team (Pro + seats)
- Team is **not** a separate SKU. It is Pro plus per-member seat add-ons on the owner's bill.
- **One shared credit pool, sized by billed seats**: each billed seat is US$ 59/mo (US$ 590/yr — Solo parity) and adds a Solo-sized monthly slice (800 replies / 2 videos / 25 touch-ups / 30 posts) to the workspace pool. Grants key to the paid invoice's seat quantity; mid-cycle joiners share the pool until the next renewal.
- **Listing/import ceilings scale with seats**: workspace cap = Pro's 100 + 25 per billed seat (knowledge base stays 50).
- Self-serve only when TeamPolicy readiness is complete for the owner's billing interval (live paid Pro/Custom, real Stripe subscription, seat Price + display amount + provider readiness). Otherwise: contact sales.
- Owner seat included in Pro. Hard ceiling: up to 50 total active members.
- Public CTAs for existing customers resolve create / manage / renew / contact sales from TeamPolicy — never label inference.

## Team capabilities (shipped when TeamPolicy authorizes access)

## Lead matching
Multi-listing AI lead-matching campaigns are **Pro only** (`getEntitlements(plan).matching`). Never advertised as Included on Solo.

## AI replies and zero-credit behaviour
When AI reply credits hit zero: capture without ai reply.
Public marketing must not promise unlimited "every enquiry gets answered" without that qualification.

## Billing
- Interval: monthly and annual (annual = billed annually)
- Payment: Stripe Checkout (billed in USD)
- Currency of record: USD (Stripe). Local-currency figures shown in-app are reference conversions from a published rate, dated and attributed on the page.
- Tax ID: collected at checkout, market-keyed label (CUIT in Argentina, generic elsewhere), printed on invoices
- Local sales tax: not calculated or withheld by Realtor today; Stripe automatic_tax is deferred until we hold registrations
- Cancellation: period_end (access continues until the end of the paid period)
- First-time subscribers: 14-day money-back guarantee scoped to `whatsapp_wedge` (real WhatsApp lead not handled within the window; unused subscription days only)
- Consumed media refunds: no (video / photo / marketing credits already used are not refunded)

## Custom plan capabilities
Custom is sales-assisted volume pricing. Distinct from Team (Pro + seats). The following capabilities are design-partner only until acceptance flags ship them:

## Retention (enforced)
- Anonymous public concierge transcripts: 30 days
- Closed support escalations: 365 days
- Raw product analytics events: 730 days
- Billing ledger / tax records: legal hold (not purged with optional analytics)

## Buyer fit
- For: solo agents and small brokerages in AR/BR/UAE/US wanting multilingual lead response + listing videos within plan credits
- Team: brokerages wanting shared seats + shared credit pool on Pro
