Realtor is an AI WhatsApp assistant and listing-video generator for independent real estate agents. Within plan AI reply credits it answers buyer enquiries in Spanish, Portuguese, and English across four markets (Argentina, Brazil, UAE, and the US), books viewings, and turns existing listing photos into cinematic videos.
Our mission
We built Realtor for the agent who works alone or in a small team and can't afford to miss a lead. Our mission is simple: help more messages get answered (while AI reply credits last), more listings get seen, and more deals stay within reach, regardless of the hour or the buyer's language.
How we got here
Realtor started from a simple observation: independent agents in high-velocity markets lose deals not because they lack skill, but because a buyer messaged at the wrong hour. We built the first version as a WhatsApp responder for a single market, then expanded to video generation, multi-market support, and a full agent workspace, always keeping costs low enough for a solo agent to afford.
The team
Realtor is built and supported by a small independent team. We are bootstrapped and founder-funded: no venture capital, no growth-at-all-costs pressure. If you have a question or need support, you are always talking to someone who works on the product.
