Team is Pro plus US$ 59/month seat add-ons (US$ 590/year): every member gets their own WhatsApp number and AI assistant, and each seat adds 800 replies, 2 videos, 25 enhancements and 30 posts to one shared pool. Custom is sales-assisted volume pricing; custom domain and SSO are design-partner capabilities.

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance for AI replies, videos, photo enhancements, and marketing posts. Credits accumulate up to twice your monthly limit. One-time top-up packs (bought separately) never expire while your subscription is active, so stock up ahead of busy periods.

Your plan is billed the moment you subscribe (monthly, or annually if you pick the annual option) in USD. First-time subscribers are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee: if Realtor did not handle a real buyer lead on WhatsApp within 14 days, email us for a refund of unused subscription days. Consumed video, photo, and marketing credits are not refunded. Cancel anytime from the Stripe portal; access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Yes, at any time from the Stripe customer portal in your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period. When AI reply credits hit zero, inbound messages are still captured but the AI pauses replies until you top up or the next monthly allowance lands. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
