Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Realtor. They are written for working real-estate agents, not lawyers: short, specific, and honest about what we do and don't promise.
Who we are
Realtor is operated from Argentina. We provide tools for independent real-estate agents to publish cinematic listing videos, manage buyer conversations, and respond to inbound enquiries in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. You can reach us any time at [email protected].
What the service does
Realtor turns the photos and copy you provide into short marketing videos, hosts your listings on a public profile, and (on paid tiers) lets an AI assistant reply to buyers on your WhatsApp. The assistant identifies itself as AI on first contact; it does not impersonate you. We are software, not a brokerage. We do not represent buyers or sellers and do not earn a commission on any transaction.
Your obligations as a user
Truthful listings
Every listing you publish through Realtor must be one you are authorised to market, with accurate price, address, and condition. Off-plan or pre-construction renders that we discover to be misrepresented as built will be removed.
No misuse of buyer PII
Buyers who contact you through Realtor have submitted their information to discuss a specific listing. You agree to use that information solely to respond to that enquiry, not to add them to broadcast lists, not to sell, share, or hand off their contact details to third parties, and not to contact them after they opt out.
Account security
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including the conduct of any team members you grant access to.
Credits, billing, and refunds
Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe (annual plans are billed annually at the listed yearly price). Each tier includes a monthly allowance of AI replies, listing videos, and photo touch-ups. Subscription credits accumulate up to twice your monthly allocation; credits beyond this cap are forfeited. One-time credit packs never expire while your subscription is active. When AI reply credits hit zero, inbound buyer messages are still captured but the AI does not reply until you buy an overage pack or the next monthly grant lands. You can cancel at any time from the billing screen; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refunds are issued for the partial month after the guarantee window. First-time subscribers have a 14-day money-back guarantee: if Realtor did not handle a real buyer lead on WhatsApp within 14 days, we refund unused subscription days only; consumed media credits are not refunded. Top-up credits you purchase outside a subscription are non-refundable once consumed.
Currency, taxes and invoices
Prices are stated and charged in USD (US dollars). Where we show a local-currency amount it is a reference figure converted from a published rate on the date shown; the amount your card is charged is always the US dollar amount. You can enter your tax ID at checkout and we put it on your invoices. We do not currently calculate or withhold local sales tax on your behalf: any tax due in your country is your responsibility, and we will tell you here before that changes.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, most commonly, accounts using the AI assistant to contact people who have opted out, or accounts publishing listings the agent is not authorised to market. We will give written notice except where doing so would let the violation continue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by writing to [email protected] will be heard in the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
