What Tokko Broker does better
- Tokko publishes out to the portals. Realtor only reads them. If one tool has to push your listings to Zonaprop and Argenprop, that tool is Tokko.
- Brokerage back office: commission splits, office reporting and an agent website builder. Realtor has none of that and is not planning to.
