Pair the number buyers already message so the AI can answer on it while you have reply credits.
Before you start
You need an active plan and a personal WhatsApp number saved in the app. Pairing can start with that number even if it matches the business number: when they are the same, hand-offs go to email instead of a second WhatsApp chat. Use a different personal number if you want those pings on WhatsApp.
Pairing
Open WhatsApp in the app, press Connect, and finish pairing on the provider screen. When you return the page shows Connected with the date. If it shows an error instead, the message names the cause: no personal number saved, a configuration problem on our side, or a webhook that did not register. Only the first is yours to fix; for the other two use the support link on that page.
What the AI will and will not do
The AI answers only in conversations that arrive at your connected business number. It never writes from your personal number and it never cold-messages strangers. First-touch on your own matched leads is a Pro action you start yourself. You can take over any conversation at any moment and the AI stops immediately.
