Connect your WhatsApp
Pair the number buyers already message so the AI can answer on it around the clock.
Before you start
You need two things: an active plan, and your personal WhatsApp number saved in the app. The personal number is where the AI reaches you, so it has to be different from the business number buyers message. The connect panel shows both as a checklist and will not start pairing until they are set.
Pairing
Open WhatsApp in the app, press Connect, and finish pairing on the provider screen. When you return the page shows Connected with the date. If it shows an error instead, the message names the cause: no personal number saved, a configuration problem on our side, or a webhook that did not register. Only the first is yours to fix; for the other two use the support link on that page.
What the AI will and will not do
The AI answers only in conversations that arrive at your connected business number. It never writes from your personal number and it never messages a buyer first. You can take over any conversation at any moment and the AI stops immediately.
