What a credit is
Credits are the unit we bill work in. There are four kinds and each is spent by a different action.
The four kinds
Message credits are spent when the AI answers a buyer. Video credits are spent when a listing video renders. Touch-up credits are spent on a photo edit. Post credits are spent on a marketing post. The pools are separate: running out of video credits never stops the AI from replying.
How they refill
Your plan grants a fresh allowance every billing cycle. Unused credits roll over up to twice your monthly allowance, so a quiet month is not wasted and a busy month is not capped at the monthly number. You can also buy a top-up pack at any time without changing plan.
What is never charged
Failed work is refunded. If a video render fails or an import returns nothing, the credit goes back to your balance. You are billed for work that produced a result.
